Notre beurre de baratte extra-fin est réalisé de manière traditionnelle. Pour vous garantir la qualité extra-fin de notre beurre, le temps est compté ! La crème est fabriquée avec du lait issu d’une collecte qui a moins de 72h. Puis nous la barattons, 48h maximum après son écrémage, pour confectionner un beurre au goût riche et inimitable.
